KinHQ is a private, invite-only app that helps a church community share its schedule, RSVP to gatherings, and stay organized. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can delete it.
Members of your church on KinHQ can see names, the schedule, and RSVP counts. Church admins can manage member and family records. Your private notes are visible only to you. Scheduling requests are visible only to you and to the pastors who handle them.
Data is stored on our hosting provider's servers in the United States and sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your login, RSVPs, notes, and scheduling requests. If you're the last adult with a login in your family, your family's records and any host home address are removed too. Church-wide content you created, such as events, stays, but it's no longer linked to you.
KinHQ accounts are for adults. Information about children is entered only by their parent or guardian so the family can RSVP together, and the parent can remove it at any time from their Profile.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above.
